More Supreme Court mistakes

Police State Watch

Look at this latest contemptible decision by this  court that anyone, for even the most trivial offense, can be strip-searched by the cops without any defense under the Fourth Amendment:

Justice Kennedy insists that they are all done for the aim of fostering order, and he backs up this position with exemplary bits of childish logic.  He actually suggests that a person stopped for failing to yield at an intersection may well be concealing  heroin  and may attempt to bring it into the prison to which he is taken.  Justice Kennedy is only kidding, using arguments any middle school A student could destroy in a debate.  He can't possibly be serious. The silly argument is not meant to persuade or even be taken seriously,  but  to show his power decide only according to his horrible beliefs and agenda, disregarding  any legal or logical structure.  These bastards don't have to make sense. They can simply RULE. And it's  a hideous fascist agenda.  Read Ralph Nader's take on impeaching the supreme court.  This Scalia court is horrible.  Beneath contempt.
Look what they've dome so far.  Just one example. They reversed local laws prohibiting sale of lewd and disgusting videos to minors.  Why would they do that?  Who would favor such an obnoxious decision?  And you should have heard the silly arguments.  Scalia claimed the government never regulates media yet we have a movie rating system.  He just says whatever he wants to, making a complete fool of himself because it doesn't matter.  He can rule any damned way he wants. It's straight out of the thirteenth century, and don't even try to deny it.
